Conditions of Use

All riders and other persons entering and using the facilities of this site
do so at their own risk.
2.
Motor sport is dangerous, and all persons who enter the premises accept there
may be risk in doing so.
3. Neither the owners, occupiers and/or their servants
or agents can accept liability for any loss, damage or injury however caused
to persons or vehicles using the site for what ever purpose.
4. Any person by entering and using the site warrant and undertake with the
owners that they are not under the influence of alcohol, prior to or during
the event, on any medication, taking any drugs or have any medical condition
that may in any way impair their ability and/or diminish their attention and
alertness.
5. All children must be under the direct supervision
of a responsible adult at all times.
6. The participant has the right to withdraw at any time during the activity
without penalty.

M4MiniMoto implements a No Smoking Policy in and around the pit / refuelling
area. All bikes are to be refuelled in this area.
8.
Anyone deemed to be riding irresponsibly by a member of crew, may after fair
warning be asked to leave the track, without offer of a refund.
9.
Safety equipment is provided for your protection, it is where practicable,
mandatory.
10.
Minimum safety equipment required for private riders:- Safety helmet, knee
sliders, and gloves.
11.
Any private bikes may be asked to undergo an inspection to ensure they are
trackworthy.
